Aims and Scope of STANCE Journal

"The mission of STANCE Journal extends beyond the support of established scholars; it recognizes the profound significance of works produced by the younger generation, particularly those developed through Women’s Studies theses. It is my sincere hope that this platform will empower emerging feminist scholars, fostering a new wave of intellect that propels the feminist movement forward. As the 'older waves' reach the shore, STANCE stands not merely as an institutional academic periodical but undeniably as a vital organ of the feminist movement itself.

I envision the role of STANCE to be enduring—steadfastly expanding feminist networks both horizontally and vertically across academia and social activism. I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the realization of STANCE, establishing this new forum for Thai Feminism..."
